Outsource Uk Ltd in London is seeking a hands-on Senior Service Designer to support the Product & Platform team at a major retailer.

The role is a 3-month contract, with potential extension, based in Paddington with hybrid pattern.

Rate is Β£500-Β£600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

Start ideally early October. You will lead discovery, mapping journeys, and blueprinting for omnichannel retail experiences, engaging stakeholders and visiting stores as needed.
