P2P Training & Hypercare Specialist - Contract Are you the person people call when they say, "Can you just show me how to do this?" We’re looking for a confident P2P Training & Hypercare Specialist to jump into a major SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay transformation, helping users get ready for go-live and supporting them once the new world becomes reality. London - 3 days per week in the office £595 per day - Inside IR35 6 months
What’s in it for you?
You will be right at the heart of the P2P rollout, delivering training, creating and maintaining user-friendly materials, running refresher sessions and providing hands-on hypercare support after go-live. You will work with SMEs, Process Leads, Change & Training teams and business stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies - so no two days should feel quite the same!
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 7+ years' experience in training, business readiness, change enablement or ERP implementations.
- Understands Procure-to-Pay processes - from vendor onboarding and requisitioning through to POs, invoicing and AP.
- Is comfortable delivering classroom, virtual and workshop-based training.
- Has excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Can turn complicated processes into something users actually understand!
- Ideally has experience with SAP S/4HANA and tools such as Vroozi, Basware, Signavio, WalkMe or APEX Vendor Onboarding.
