Job Description: Outsource UK is currently seeking experienced Project Managers at all levels to support the delivery of construction infrastructure projects within the Defence sector. The successful candidates will oversee projects of varying complexity, typically in the range of £1m to £10m, and will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery.
The role requires a strong understanding of NEC contracts, with experience in Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities, or Highways sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that support the transition to Net Zero and contribute to sustainable development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in project management, with a focus on NEC contracts.
- Degree qualification in a construction-related discipline.
- Chartered status (ICE, APM, RICS) preferred.
- Experience in contract administration and managing large infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional communication skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety regulations in relation to NEC contracts.
- Ability to obtain UK MoD security clearance (British Passport required).
