OutsourceUK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to provide high‑quality and efficient maintenance services within a corporate environment. This role offers a blend of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as project‑based work, ideal for a proactive engineer with strong plumbing experience. You will collaborate with the Property Management team and other departments to enhance the working environment in a cost‑effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general plumbing repairs, including leak repairs and tasks arising from Legionella risk assessments.
- Execute painting and decorating of office areas, ensuring proper preparation and finishing.
- Carry out basic carpentry tasks and changing/repairing locks.
- Maintain and repair equipment, and handle internal and external building repairs.
- Conduct PAT testing of electrical appliances.
- Complete planned maintenance tasks as per the agreed schedule, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests raised via the Service Desk Database, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
- Assist with minor office moves in coordination with the Office Move Coordinator.
- Manage deliveries and light porterage duties.
- Undertake any other reasonable maintenance‑related tasks as needed.
