Materials and Reprographics Manager 12 Month Contract Christchurch Hourly Rate: £22.00 Paye or £28.60 Umbrella inside IR35 Overview BAE Systems is seeking a Business Support Supervisor to lead and coordinate the Material Control team within the Operations Function Skills Extensive experience in a Material Control role within the Business Support function. Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized tools such as SAP Hana and reprographic systems Experience in managing material control functions. Ability to lead a team and ensure high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices are maintained. Ability to make decisions based on defined guidelines and prioritize objectives to meet operational goals The Job Lead and manage the Material Control team, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and governance. Serve as the GFE Manager and Reprographics Lead across multiple sites. Oversee Goods Inwards/Despatch processes and manage a range of clerical and administrative duties. Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for internal circulation or customers and suppliers. Maintain up-to-date filing systems for easy information retrieval.
