£55.00 Paye or £71.50 Umbrella inside IR35
The M365 Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Microsoft 365 (M365) team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful deployment, management, and optimisation of M365 solutions
The Job:

• Recommend and implement strategies to improve team efficiency, functionality, and performance.
• Lead efforts to resolve complex M365-related issues, acting as the escalation point for challenging problems.
• Manage M365 projects, ensure successful outcomes, and guide teams through complex tasks.
• Effectively allocate resources and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of M365 solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Monitor M365 systems to optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.

Experience

• Extensive experience in managing and deploying M365 solutions.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities, with a strong track record of driving team success.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and act as an escalation point.
• Strong understanding of M365 security best practices and compliance requirements.
