We're looking for experienced Test Analyst & Test Lead professionals to join a high-impact programme within a fast-paced, structured delivery environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for strong Test Analysts and Test Leads with proven experience across complex systems, high data volumes, and end-to-end testing within test data covering cards processing functions such as authorisations, settlements, disputes, and customer servicing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust test strategies, cases, and scripts
- Validate complex data migrations and data integrity
- Manage and support end-to-end testing cycles across integrated systems
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality (Lead role)
- Own test strategy, mentor team members, and drive best practice
Key Experience
- Strong background within test data covering cards processing functions such as authorisations, settlements, disputes, and customer servicing environments.
- Experience with migration testing and high-volume data environments
- Hands-on with modern testing tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based environments
- Exposure to automation frameworks (Cucumber, JUnit) and CI/CD tools
- Performance testing awareness (desirable)
