Hourly Rate: £47 PAYE or £62.02 Umbrella (INSIDE IR35)
Contract Length: 6-12 Months
Hours per Week: 37
Outsource UK is hiring on behalf of BAE Systems for a Lift Planner (LOLER). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects within a high-standard, nuclear-licensed environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
• Designing, planning (including method statements), and conducting risk assessments for lifting operations.
• Ensuring compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
• Coaching and mentoring lifting personnel.
• Conducting peer reviews of complex lift plans.
• Establishing and maintaining a safe system of work for lifting operations.
