Identity & Access Management Lead Leeds | Hybrid (3 days on-site) Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Outsource UK is looking to recruit an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join a major UK enterprise undergoing the next phase of its IAM transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic input.

You'll play a key role in maturing an established IAM environment, leading a small team of engineers while driving improvements across identity governance, authentication and automation.

Key experience required

  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration
  • Application registrations, SSO, secrets and certificate management
  • Identity governance and access management
  • Automation within an IAM environment
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Sail Point ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C or Entra External ID would be advantageous.
