Job Overview: We are seeking a First Line Analyst to support the deployment of Windows 11 within a secure government environment. The successful candidate will provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless service delivery via telephony and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of Windows 11.
  • Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident logging and resolution tracking (preferred but not essential).
  • Respond to queries via telephony and chat channels, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Work within government security protocols, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a service desk or IT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
  • Experience using ServiceNow (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including telephony and chat.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold active SC (Security Check) clearance.
