Role Overview:An
Energetics Technician
is required to support new technology development and product/process improvements within BAE Systems Land UK. This practical role involves small-scale manufacturing, testing of energetic materials, and working closely with Engineering and Technology teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the manufacture and testing of energetic materials.Support engineers in product and process development.Follow strict safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.Conduct technical assessments and provide material expertise.Maintain high SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
Skills & Qualifications:Practical experience in a laboratory or engineering environment.Strong teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.A-Level/HNC/HND in a relevant science field (Chemistry preferred).
