Electrical Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Warton, BAE Systems
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, full time on site
Contract Type: 9 month contract
Hourly Rate: £26.07 PAYE or £34.99 Umbrella
Join a cutting-edge team within the FalconWorks Integrated Project Team (IPT), supporting the development of next-generation aircraft technology. We\’re looking for an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in loom manufacture, assembly and installation, ideally in an aerospace environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in loom manufacture, installation, and wire continuity testing
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical drawings
- Competent in PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter 14 (Unified)
- Hands-on with CAD tools such as NX or CATIA for data review and manipulation
- Familiarity with Wire Data Management Systems
- Strong communicator with excellent teamworking and liaison skills
- Skilled at solving complex problems and improving operational output
