Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders
- Resolving invoice queries
- Liaising with suppliers on deliveries
- Supporting procurement and purchasing activities
- Maintaining accurate records and processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- Procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and work accurately
Desirable
- SAP experience
- Manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace or rail industry experience
