We\’re working with a leading organisation that\’s undergoing a major digital transformation, and they\’re looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join their technical team.
The Role
This is a key position focused on moving vital business data from legacy systems to new cloud-based platforms. You\’ll design and run reliable, repeatable processes to ensure data is transferred accurately and securely.
The first major project will support the move to a composable ERP system, a modern approach using multiple best-in-class applications instead of a single system. You\’ll work closely with the data and integration teams to make sure information flows smoothly and colleagues have access to what they need from day one.
The Person We\’re looking for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving data challenges and writing clean, efficient code. You\’ll thrive on collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver great results.
You should bring:
- Experience migrating large or complex data sets between systems (ERP, CRM, or Finance)
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries
- Experience with ETL or data integration tools
- A solid understanding of the full data migration process
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- (Bonus) Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
