Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change SME to provide dedicated support to the DMICP Programme and ELMS Contract within the MEDIS delivery team. This role plays a key part in managing and executing change activities, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment across project and technical teams. You'll act as the focal point for change governance within the ELMS Change Board and ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the ELMS Change Board process
- Guide changes through formal governance routes
- Develop and implement tailored change management plans
- Create resistance management strategies and stakeholder engagement communications
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks
