About the Role: As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, build, and govern enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric stack. You will deliver Power BI and Fabric analytics, Dataverse-backed Canvas and Model-driven applications, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions for business stakeholders across LEPS Strategy & Transformation.
Role Responsibilities
- Developing Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, paginated reports, and governed workspaces.
- Building and managing Microsoft Fabric artefacts — Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks, and pipelines.
- Architecting Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Delivering Canvas Apps and Model-driven (Dynamics-style) Apps.
- Automating processes with Power Automate (cloud flows and, where required, desktop / RPA).
- Designing Copilot Studio agents and agentic AI workflows (topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources) integrated with Dataverse and SharePoint.
Key Skills
- Minimum 5 years delivering Power Platform solutions
- Expert level Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Expert level Dataverse and Canvas experience
- Advanced Power Automate
