Exolum operates critical infrastructure across the UK and internationally, providing the safe and efficient transportation and storage of fuels and other liquid products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities
- Provide leadership and direction to operational and technical teams
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across the site
- Coordinate planned and reactive operational activities
- Monitor performance and ensure operational standards are maintained
- Support maintenance and engineering activities where required
- Ensure appropriate permits, procedures and risk controls are followed
- Identify and upscale operational issues as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an operational environment
- A strong understanding of health, safety and operational procedures
- Experience within a regulated, safety-critical or industrial environment
- The ability to coordinate people and operational activities effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
- Experience within fuel, aviation, terminals, oil and gas, energy, chemicals or another process/industrial environment would be particularly relevant.
