NPI Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager

?? Up to £46.61 per hour - Umbrella (depending on experience)
?? Mon-Thu: 8:00am-4:30pm | Fri: 8:00am-1:00pm
Minimal travel required (approx. 5%)

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes, working with global cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technologies and new products that directly drive business growth, sales and revenue.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and delivering NPI projects from concept through introduction
- Coordinating stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing and wider business functions
- Managing project plans, milestones, risks and delivery schedules
- Working closely with global teams to introduce new technologies and products
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' programme/project management experience within engineering or manufacturing
- Background in automotive, aerospace or mechanical manufacturing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office
