Salesforce Engineer / Administrator (Service Cloud)
Contract: 6 Months initial with scope for extension to June/July 2027
Day Rate: £400-£500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: South West/ Mostly Remote - occasional onsite for meetings and workshops may be required
Client: Well known Financial service company/ Pension provider
Start: ASAP to late October
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer / Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
This role is focused on hands-on Salesforce Administration, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust Salesforce solutions, integrations and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes
- Develop custom functionality using Apex
- Manage data updates and integrations with external systems
- Support lead, opportunity and case management processes
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements
Requirements:
- Strong experience xgikmsk with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Hands-on Apex development experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows
- Experience with integrations, APIs and event-driven data updates
- Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce
