Job Title: BI Engineer
Location: Warton - Preston
Hourly Rate: £55 PAYE OR £74.26 Umbrella inside IR35
Duration: Until end of July 2027
Working Arrangements: 3 days per week on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders, analysts and other developers to understand systems and collaborate on the implementation of appropriate BI solutions.
- Translate business requirements and rules in into technical design specifications.
- Build and deploy BI solutions using appropriate code standards, configuration and change management process and procedures.
- Working with multidimensional and relational data sets to support the creation of Cognos Analytics Framework Manager Models and Tableau data sources.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Competent in development if Cognos Analytics - mandatory
- Competent in development of Framework Manager - mandatory
- Competent in development of Tableau solutions - mandatory
- Cognos Analytics certification - highly desirable
