Job Title: Social Learning & Communications Analyst
Location: 2 days onsite in Cirencester and 3 days remote
Contract: 6 months
Pay:£400 per day
Start Date: ASAP
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - via Umbrella
We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Learning & Communications Analyst to support the development and delivery of engaging internal communications and digital learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal communications strategies and engagement campaigns.
- Create engaging written content, copy and digital learning materials.
- Support podcast planning, production and editing.
- Drive employee engagement through digital platforms and social learning initiatives.
- Monitor communication engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects.
- Support innovative learning initiatives involving AI and immersive technology.
About You
- Experience in internal communications, copywriting, content creation or employee engagement.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns and engaging content.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Podcast production, digital learning or L&D experience would be advantageous.
