About the Opportunity
Our Management Trainee Programme offers a hands-on introduction to the world of sales, client relations, and business development. You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering residential and community-based campaigns that connect people with trusted brands and services.
This is an entry-level role designed to give you real experience across core business areas including:
• Customer acquisition and sales strategy
• Campaign planning and execution
• Team collaboration and leadership development
• Client relationship management

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers across residential and community campaigns to promote products and services
• Develop a strong understanding of each brand you represent and communicate value confidently
• Support campaign setup, delivery, and performance tracking
• Generate leads and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with teammates to deliver consistent results and excellent service
• Attend team briefings, coaching sessions, and strategy meetings
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach and campaign success
• Build leadership skills and prepare to take on team or client management responsibilities
