Construction Store Person / Yard Manager
- Maintaining tools, PAT testing, arranging for servicing and repairs. Maintaining and updating computer records.
- Managing fleet of cars and vans, arranging servicing, repairs, replacements. Maintaining and updating computer records.
- Ordering and controlling stock in and out of our yard and store, ordering supplies.
- Arranging for hired tools and plant to site.
- Arranging and ordering of material to site.
- Arranging for maintenance and upkeep of office and janitorial supplies for the office.
- Some multiskilled maintenance works.
- Maintaining and organising the yard and stores including ensuring they are clean, tidy and well organised.
- Delivering materials or clearing materials from sites in a 3.5t flatbed lorry.

- Ability to communicate to a variety of suppliers, clients and staff.

- Ability of problem solving with common sense and initiative.
- Familiar with IT, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
