Site Manager (Steel Frame)

Our client is a leading UK construction and Steel Frame contractor with an excellent portfolio. They have an enviable reputation for safety, quality and delivery.

Due to the acquisition of new projects and a period of sustained growth, they are now keen to identify a Steel Frame Site Manager for the monitoring of specialist steel frame production and the placement of prefabricated steel elements on various sites.

A typical working week might be three days in the office/yard and two on site placing the steels for various projects and main contractors.

Applicants interested in the position should have:

1. Demonstrable track record in successfully working with and placing steel.
2. Excellent understanding of interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Good management and motivational skills.
5. Computer literate.
6. Relevant CSCS / industry certifications.
