Senior Site Manager (R/C Structures)

Our client is a national Civil Engineering and R/C Structures contractor with an enviable reputation for safety, quality, and delivery.

Due to new work wins and sustained growth, they are now looking to bolster their teams in the Coventry region with a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager.

Our client has a long order book in this region for Groundworks and R/C packages.

Applicants interested in the position should have:

1. Demonstrable track record in consistently delivering Groundworks and R/C Structures with specialist engineering package contractors.
2. Strong technical acumen — a sound knowledge of working in the ground and collaborating with engineers/stakeholders.
3. Good project programming skills, including look-ahead planning.
4. Experience working directly with clients and consultants.
5. Computer literacy.
6. Ability to author RAMS and Method Statements.
7. Industry-related accreditations (CSCS, SMSTS).
