Roofing Contracts Manager

Role: Roofing Contracts Manager Location: Romford, Essex with sites in London Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (DOE) Sector: Commercial & Residential Roofing Our client a specialist roofing contractor seeking an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects from award to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard working with tier 1 and tier 2 main contractors on commercial & residential projects throughout the London region. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple roofing contracts and site teams Plan programmes, labour, materials, and subcontractors Monitor progress, costs, and quality across projects Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts Carry out site visits, inspections, and defect management Requirements Proven experience in a roofing or construction contracts management role Conversant with MS Office packages / MS Project or similar. Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems Good commercial and organisational skills Excellent communication and leadership ability SMSTS and CSCS (preferred) Full UK driving licence
