Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead the delivery of high-value renewable energy projects?
We're working with a fast-growing national M&E contractor that has secured a significant pipeline of commercial decarbonisation schemes and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver air source and ground source heat pump projects valued between £1 million and £4 million.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in the renewable energy sector, with long-term secured work across education, healthcare, local authority and commercial developments.
The Role
You'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial heat pump installations from pre-construction through to handover.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing projects valued between £1m and £4m
- Leading project teams including Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
- Managing programme, budgets and commercial performance
- Coordinating design, procurement and installation activities
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Managing risk, quality assurance and project reporting
- Supporting commissioning and final handover
We're Looking For
You'll ideally have experience delivering commercial M&E or renewable energy projects and possess excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
Ideally you'll have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within M&E Building Services or Renewable Energy
- Experience delivering commercial Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and/or Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services
- Excellent programme and financial management skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
