We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of decoration projects across London and the South East. This role offers the opportunity to manage both commercial and residential works, with project values ranging from £1,000 to £100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple decoration contracts from initial enquiry through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits across London and the South East
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor project costs, variations, and profitability
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Prepare and manage project schedules, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Painting & Decorating
- SSSTS (essential) | SMSTS (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- 10 years’ commercial painting experience
- Previous supervisory experience
