\\nYou'll help prepare precise and well-structured estimates. \\nYou'll gather and compare supplier quotes for a variety of projects. \\nYou'll carry out quantity take-offs and support the production of schedules of work or bills of quantities.
\\nYou'll analyse and share key quotation details with the wider team, including labour, materials, and other cost breakdowns. \\nYou'll support monthly job valuations, track variations, and assist with preparing accurate final accounts. \\nYou'll help coordinate orders, applications, and payment processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Requirements for the Assistant Estimator:\\n \\nA minimum of 1-3 years experience in an Estimating role. \\nExperience within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor ideally in the building / heritage / refurbishment sectors. \\nStrong communicator \\nTeam player \\nConversant with MS Office packages
