Our client is a specialist engineering and construction contractor with an excellent reputation for safety, quality, and delivery.

Due to continued sustainable growth and new project acquisitions, they are now looking to hire a new HSE Advisor to join their established SHEQ team.

This role will report to two senior HSE personnel within the group. It is primarily administrative, with approximately 75% office-based and 25% site-based work.

Good written and verbal communication skills are essential!

The candidate should be proficient in keeping up to date with legislation surrounding HSE and have a genuine passion for keeping people safe.

Availability and approachability are important qualities.

The role involves implementing behavioral change strategies that encourage sites to embrace good safety practices.

Candidate must be computer literate and hold relevant industry certifications in construction health & safety.
