Purpose of the role

Our client is a fast-growing, highly ambitious company whose vision is to become the industry leaders in enabling works. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the industry. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior manager to oversee the operations and performance of a key division within the company. The CM will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team to achieve divisional goals aligned with the company's objectives. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the assigned division.
  • Develop and execute divisional strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the budget and financial performance of the division, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define divisional goals and KPIs.
  • Manage and mentor divisional teams, ensuring performance.
  • Ensure industry standards are met and team development is prioritised.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the division and other organizational departments.
  • Produce RAMS for contract.
  • Produce SSOW for contract.
  • Produce any other safety paperwork for the project.
  • Duty management team (when required).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
