About the Role
Due to continued project wins and a period of sustainable growth, they are keen to identify a Senior Engineer who would be keen to transition their career to an office based 'Technical Manager' position. This is a position that sits squarely between Pre-Construction and Estimating.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects that include the following disciplines: Cut & Carve/Structural Alterations, Complex R/C Structures, Temporary Works, Basement/Underpinning and the technicalities involved in London-Centric construction schemes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering.
Required Skills
- A successful career in delivering R/C structures packages.
- Experience with Cut & Carve or Structural Alterations packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate/construction program software.
- A desire to push your career into a new direction.
Preferred Skills
- Site based senior engineers who have worked on relevant projects.
