About the Company

Our client is a London-Centric, Strip Out and Demolition contractor, serving the London landed estates throughout the City of London and the capital's West End area.

Due to continued project acquisition success and a period of sustainable growth they are now keen to identify a new Project Manager to join their team.

Our client carries out demolition, strip out and cut and carve packages for technically challenging schemes in London.

If you have experience in delivering similar schemes this may be for you.

About the Role

The applicant will be responsible for delivering technically challenging schemes for central London with a specialist contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering technically challenging schemes for central London with a specialist contractor.
  • Sound Project Planning, Scheduling, material, plant labour etc.
  • Health and Safety conscious/behavioral and implement.
  • RAM's /Method Statements - checking prior to commencement of works.
  • Natural leadership and on site guidance.
  • Computer literate, look ahead programs.
  • Relevant CSCS and industry certs.
  • Commercial awareness/budget planning.
