Role overview:

Our client is a well-established main contractor working on Grade I & II listed buildings and historic estates to churches, museums and prestigious private properties. They take pride in protecting architectural heritage across the London region. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

Duties to include:

  • You'll play a key role in securing exciting restoration and conservation projects by preparing accurate tenders and working closely with the Directors, Contracts Managers and clients.
  • No two projects are the same, offering the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most unique and historically significant buildings.

Requirements:

  • Previous estimating experience within construction
  • Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A passion for quality and craftsmanship
  • Heritage or restoration experience is desirable, but not essential
