We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Brickwork & Masonry to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke residential masonry projects across the M25 region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and technically knowledgeable Project Manager with strong masonry expertise and the ability to oversee multiple live sites while maintaining exceptional quality and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple brickwork and masonry projects across the M25
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, labour, and programme delivery
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Liaising with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
- Managing project reporting, progress updates, and resource planning
- Attending the Essex office approximately once per week
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience managing brickwork and masonry projects
- Strong technical understanding of:
- Lime mortar
- Traditional and modern pointing styles
- Brickwork bonds
- Experience across both commercial and high-end residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
