Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead

Location: South Kensington, London

Salary & Package: Up to £85k plus package

Reporting to: Director

The Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious QS to join our team and take the commercial lead across a growing portfolio of live refurbishment and development projects in Prime Central London.

This is not a traditional QS role. We want someone commercially sharp, hands-on and excited about using AI and new technology to improve how projects are costed, procured and managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial management across multiple projects
• Manage tenders, contractor negotiations, valuations and final accounts
• Provide clear, real-time reporting on costs, risks and opportunities
• Work directly with our development, design and project-management teams
• Help us build smarter, AI-enabled commercial systems as the business scales

About You

• You may already be working for a consultancy, contractor or developer.
• What matters most is that you understand construction, take ownership and want to work differently.
• You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management or Construction Project Management.
