We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Brickwork & Masonry to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke residential masonry projects across the M25 region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and technically knowledgeable Project Manager with strong masonry expertise and the ability to oversee multiple live sites while maintaining exceptional quality and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple brickwork and masonry projects across the M25
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors, labour, and programme delivery
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
  • Managing project reporting, progress updates, and resource planning
  • Attending the Essex office approximately once per week

Essential Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience managing brickwork and masonry projects
  • Strong technical understanding of:
    • Lime mortar
    • Traditional and modern pointing styles
    • Brickwork bonds
  • Experience across both commercial and high-end residential projects
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
