Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead Location: Our client is looking for an ambitious QS to join our team and take the commercial lead across a growing portfolio of live refurbishment and development projects in Prime Central London. This is not a traditional QS role. We want someone commercially sharp, hands-on and excited about using AI and new technology to improve how projects are costed, procured and managed. Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial management across multiple projects Manage tenders, contractor negotiations, valuations and final accounts Provide clear, real-time reporting on costs, risks and opportunities Work directly with our development, design and project-management teams Help us build smarter, AI-enabled commercial systems as the business scales You may already be working for a consultancy, contractor or developer. What matters most is that you understand construction, take ownership and want to work differently. You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management or Construction Project Management. Competitive salary and benefits, negotiable based on experience.
