With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and forward-thinking team.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £10m. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining the highest standards.
- Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Negotiation and agreement of final accounts
- Managing client and subcontractor relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-end refurbishment, prime residential contracting, or specialist subcontractor.
Experience managing projects in the £500k – £10m range.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred).
Salary £90,000 depending on experience.
