A growing construction business based in Brentwood, Essex, is recruiting for a Construction Office Support Manager to support operational, compliance, and administrative functions. This role offers long-term stability, career progression, and the opportunity to play an integral role within a successful company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Booking travel, hotels, and meetings
- Maintaining office and site supplies
- Sending order acknowledgements and managing records
- Providing administrative support to Contracts Managers
- Producing and updating O&M Manuals
- Supporting with completing PQQs and compliance documentation
- Supporting with creating RAMS and COSHH documentation
- Managing SSIP accreditations and company certifications
- Coordinating weekly returns for main contractors
- Maintaining training records and compliance documentation
- Managing subcontractor onboarding and administration
- Monitoring training certificates and vetting requirements
- Supporting staff and subcontractor holiday administration
- Assisting with ad hoc HR and accounts administration
About You
- Experienced within construction office administration or office management
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- A strong communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- A team player who can work independently when required
