About the Role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the operations and creative teams across a wide range of digital projects. This includes tasks such as implementing website updates, creating visual assets, supporting campaign delivery, and utilising AI tools within daily work. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with website builds, updates, edits, and general site maintenance
  • Create marketing assets using tools such as Canva
  • Support the team with a variety of digital marketing projects
  • Actively utilise AI tools in everyday work to enhance productivity and creativity
  • Collaborate on designs, branding elements, and visual content
  • Work closely with the operations team on project delivery
  • Support other internal projects as required within the agency

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, design, or creative support role
  • Strong design orientation with a creative mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience using Canva
  • Experience in website design or ability to make website changes
  • AI-first approach, with confidence using AI tools as part of daily work

  • Ability to work flexibly as required by project needs
