About the Role
Outsource Ability (on behalf of our client) is seeking an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join a leading UK-based digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of paid media strategy, e-commerce scaling, and full-funnel advertising.
Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Develop full-funnel strategies that align with clients’ growth objectives, from awareness to conversion. Manage and scale campaigns for Shopify-based e-commerce brands, with a clear understanding of how all elements of the sales funnel connect. Conduct ongoing performance analysis to drive improved ROAS and CPA results. Create and test audience segments, creative variations, and landing page experiences. Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with broader digital strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital advertising, with proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- E-commerce Experience: Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and scaling strategies for online retail brands.
- Bonus: Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS backup system, headset, and computer/laptop.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Work Environment: Quiet workspace and fast, reliable internet connection.
