Project Overview
Our client, a tier 1 consulting firm is looking for an Interim Consultant to support with negotiating pharma, biotech or consumer-health licensing and joint-development deals, with start-ups, universities and/or ingredient companies that own the IP.
This is a 3-6 months contract based in London with a hybrid working model.
Key Deliverables:
- Structure and negotiate pharma, biotech or consumer-health licencing and joint development deals
- Assess deal structures, value IP and exclusivity
- Negotiate commercial terms and help set milestones that project against open-ended commitments
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience structuring and negotiating pharma, biotech or consumer-health licensing and joint-development deals
- Hands on-experience to have worked on at a minimum of 5 of these deals
- Fluent in English
- Great negotiation skills
