Digital Payments, Digital Wallet, Product Management, Tokenisation, M&A, and Post-Merger Integration specialists for our talent pool, as we anticipate future project demand across the UK.

This is not an active role.

We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with niche experience across payments, fintech, digital product, and transformation.

This is a strong fit for professionals who can support clients across payments modernisation, digital wallet initiatives, product strategy, tokenisation, M&A activity, and post-merger integration programmes .

What you may support

  • Support digital payments and wallet transformation programmes.
  • Advise on digital wallet / e-wallet product design, launch, and optimisation.
  • Lead or support product management across fintech, banking, and payments platforms.
  • Support tokenisation , payment security, and digital transaction initiatives.
  • Contribute to

M&A due diligence , integration planning, or post-merger transformation.

  • Map operating models, customer journeys, platform processes, and integration requirements.
  • Work with business, product, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver practical solutions.
  • Produce high-quality outputs including roadmaps, business cases, product plans, and integration documentation.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in digital payments, wallets, fintech, banking, or financial services .

• Strong exposure to one or more of the following

  • Digital Payments.
  • Digital Wallets / E-wallets.
  • Product Management.
  • Tokenisation.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Post-Merger Integration.
  • Experience working across product, technology, operations, risk, or commercial teams.
  • Ability to support complex transformation, integration, or product-led initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Independent consulting, contracting, or project-based delivery experience is advantageous.
