You will train customers, optimize workflows, and uncover upsell opportunities while coordinating with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ERP/finance solutions, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience implementing ERPs like NetSuite or Intacct.
