Gradial is hiring a Head of Sales, EMEA to establish and grow our presence across the region. You’ll lead our expansion into EMEA by building relationships with leading enterprise marketing organisations and creating the foundation for long-term regional growth. This is a hands-on role for a senior commercial leader who is equally comfortable building a market and closing complex deals. You’ll begin as an individual contributor, owning strategic opportunities from first conversation through contract execution while shaping how Gradial approaches customers across EMEA.

You’ll report directly to the CRO and serve as Gradial’s senior commercial leader in the region. As the business grows, you’ll define the structure of the EMEA sales organisation, hire the team and expand your ownership across the regional go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and execute Gradial’s sales strategy across priority EMEA markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of net new enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Own complex sales cycles from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology leaders
  • Translate Gradial’s AI-powered capabilities into clear business value for complex enterprise organisations
