We move fast and care a lot about the craft.
This is a 2-3 month freelance opportunity - start date ASAP! As a Freelance Account Manager, you own your accounts. Not just the admin, but the relationships too. You're the person clients call when something needs to happen, and the person internally who makes sure it does. You'll manage budgets, run projects, and bring enough strategic thinking to shape the work. £230 day rate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own client relationships across a roster of brands: build trust, manage expectations, deliver.
- Manage budgets and project timelines end-to-end: you're accountable for both.
- Excel is a love language.
- Brief and collaborate with the creative team: push the work to be better, not just on time.
- Think ahead for your clients: spot opportunities, flag risks, bring ideas they didn't ask for.
- Report on performance: turn the numbers into a valuable point of view, not just a summary.
Who you are:
- Around 3 years in social or a content agency: you've run accounts before and know what good looks like.
- Confident managing budgets and project timelines independently.
- Genuinely fluent in social: platforms, formats, culture. You know what's happening and what might happen next.
- A strategic thinker: you can plan, prioritise and make a case for why.
- Someone clients trust: calm under pressure, clear in how you communicate.
Working culture:
We're a startup so right now we want to spend as much time together as possible. London-based and mostly in-person to start, with flexibility building over time.
