Job Title: Audiology Outbound Customer Sales Advisor
Location: South Marston, Swindon
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £23,874.92 per annum pro rata + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week – requirement to work weekends on rota basis

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers to maximise booking opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up on quotes left for OutsideClinic products and on customers due a hearing test or follow up appointments.
• Implement a range of ad-hoc campaigns and identify customer needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and consistently achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Handle occasional inbound calls with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer-focused or office-based role.
• Confident in making outbound calls with strong rapport-building abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence customers.
• Proficiency with basic IT systems, including customer databases, email, and Microsoft Office.
• A proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and maintain strong organisational skills.
• A positive and resilient approach with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
