As the UK's leading provider of optical care at home, we are searching for passionate optometrists to join us at the forefront of domiciliary. This is a vital and rewarding role based in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
Position: Optometrist
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £64,000
Commission: Paid Monthly
Company Car: For Business And Personal Use
Days: 4 or 5 days a week (No weekends)
A Unique Company — Since 1987, we have delivered life-changing optical care at home, supporting the NHS to provide vital eye care to people who may struggle to reach high street services. We are transforming our service and rewards through partnerships and innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Help around 6-7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes.
- Appointments are longer than the high street standard (1 hr) to allow time for strong patient relationships and gold-standard care.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions and be supported by a senior optometrist team at head office for second opinions when needed.
- Use the latest equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and our digital records system (no paperwork).
- Receive CPD support with time allocated to complete exams if required.
