Salary:Up to £40k pa+ great benefits
Hours: Full time
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
At OutsideClinic, we bring life-changing eye and hearing care directly to people’s homes — especially those who can’t get to the high street. As the UK’s leading domiciliary provider, we deliver over 150,000 clinics a year across the country, helping people live healthier, more connected lives.
This role is perfect for someone who loves telling stories that matter, understands how to get content seen by the right people, and wants to work somewhere with real purpose.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of content campaigns that drive traffic, boost engagement, and help more people discover our services.
Your work will focus on three core content areas: website, case studies, and video — all optimised for SEO, built for social, and designed to convert.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping our tone of voice, refining our messaging, and making sure our content is always clear, helpful and on brand.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Create and manage content campaigns that grow awareness, generate leads, and support retention
- Own and evolve our content strategy — from editorial calendar through to performance analysis
- Write and commission standout content: blogs, landing pages, emails, case studies, scripts, and more
- Regularly refresh and optimise existing content to keep it relevant, accurate, and performing at its best
- Bring our stories to life through video and partner with our design team to ensure great visuals
- Optimise everything for search engines and social engagement — from keyword planning to tracking
- Build content journeys that guide people from first click to conversion
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, commercial, product, and clinical to ensure content hits the mark
- Keep a close eye on analytics and report on performance, learnings and opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing (ideally in both B2C and B2B settings)
- A portfolio of content that’s delivered real results — increased traffic, rankings, leads, or awareness
- A strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and social — and how they work together to grow reach
- Brilliant writing skills and a natural editorial instinct
- Comfortable working across video, written content, and digital channels
- Confident managing content projects from concept through to delivery and reporting
- Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Moz), and CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Dynamics)
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- A curious mind, creative energy, and a drive to make a difference
What you’ll get in return
- A purpose-driven role with real impact
- Competitive salary
- 22 days plus bank holidays
- Private medical insurance
- Life assurance
- Pension matched up to 5%
- Discounted eye and hearing care products
- A supportive, collaborative culture where your ideas are welcomed
